LNL HUTZ
While we were walking to Boulevard on Saturday, I saw (and parked behind) this car:
Which was heartwarming, because I never imagined that there was an intersection between the Simpsons aficionado set and the people-who-appreciate-and-can-afford-Maserati-Cambiocorsas set.
I googled the plate of course, and it turns out that the original license plate support device for that plate was a Toyota MR2! Quite a jump, I'd say.

Hey, that's my plate! And my old car. Sadly, the Maserati self-destructed. The plate is now on a Lexus IS-F, still representing Lionel Hutz with pride.
Cool! Sorry to hear that the maserati self destructed. Was it the transmission?
No, the engine sucked up rain water through the air intake and threw a rod. The transmission would not have meant total self-destruction, but the rod-through-head disaster did.
jeez. that sounds dramatic!
Umm... Unless this literally happened yesterday this person is not telling the truth. I just took a picture of the plate yesterday in West Portal on the Maserati. I have proof.
looks like you went back to a maserati. I just took this yesterday in west portal. I wasn't gone for 2 minutes and you had already left. https://scontent.fsnc1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xat1/v/t1.0-9/12144803_10206872889333710_1156074441173845061_n.jpg?oh=761a3c8dbcc5926949969a1d4f6d52fe&oe=5691AC3D
